As achieved a practical use of  'Fawoo LED Light-Lumi  series Models'  in Japanese and Korean markets,  we decided to expand sales territories world-wide. 3. JOB DESCRIPTIONS, PRINCIPAL DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- The candidates can be a Law Firm / Business Developer / Capitalist / Corporate Entrepreneur / Lawyer / Investor / Banker / Fund Manager/ Financial Manager / Importer / Trader / Distributor / Sales Agent or Any Individual or Organization, who can match FAWOO with the local players to form a Joint Venture Company together and build strategic alliances in the region, preferably in the field of Luminary / Home Lighting and Lamp / LED (Light Emitted Diode) / Optoelectronics or Electronics / Advertising Lighting / Interior Design Industry.
- Develop effective regional strategies for forming joint venture partnership and alliances.
- Develop and establish Leads in forming a joint venture companies in the region
- Develop and establish Connections with the local players in forming a joint venture company in the region.
- Establish communication/contacts/coordination/negotiations with the local players in forming a joint venture company in the region
- Properly and legally bring joint venture arrangements to a close with the local player.
- Report and communicate with FAWOO on a regular basis

4. REQUIREMENTS
- Must have strong associations and connections with the local players who are already in the similar business or might be interested in having a business together with FAWOO TECHNOLOGY so that FAWOO could form a joint venture with.
- Proven history of connecting/leading/forming Joint venture partnerships
- Able to communicate in both English and the regional official language.
- Established leads in forming joint venture companies preferred
- Strategic, consultative selling experience
- Preferably knowledge of LED related products or associated markets
- Robust engineering/industrial background is an asset
- Self motivated individuals
- Strong work ethic
- Polished, professional presentation required
